You've invested in good visuals. The exteriors look sharp, the interiors feel real, and for the first time buyers can picture themselves living in a home that hasn't been built yet. Then the renders land in a folder, and that's where a lot of the value quietly leaks away.

The agent puts together a flyer. Someone uploads a handful of images to a listing. The brochure, if there is one, looks nothing like the calibre of the build. All that detail you paid for never reaches buyers the way it should, and the development ends up being sold on a fraction of its real story.

Two ways we sell your development

At Revolution Studio we've spent more than eight years visualising property across New Zealand and Australia. Over 1200 developments. The renders have always been the start, not the finish, so we've added two products that take your visuals all the way through to the things buyers actually touch and click.

Marketing Sales Brochures

A clean, premium brochure built from your existing renders or photography. It carries the development's brand from cover to call to action: a hero render and identity up front, then location and lifestyle, the development story, floorplans, and a clear prompt to enquire or register.

You get a print-ready PDF with three free revisions, designed to feel as considered as the build itself. It gives your agents an edge when they go to market and gives buyers something tangible to hold, share and remember.

Pricing starts at $1,250 + GST using your own copy, or $1,800 + GST with our in-house team writing the development narrative for you. Both are six to eight pages, with extra pages at $100 each.

Development Landing Pages

One link that brings the whole campaign together. Your hero render and project overview, media and floorplan galleries, a brochure download, a QR code for your signboards and printed material, and an enquiry form that sends leads straight to you. The whole thing is mobile-ready, and you can embed an interactive walkthrough tour if you have one.

We offer it two ways. The Hosted-For-You page is designed, hosted and managed by us from $1,495 + GST, with hosting included for twelve months, so you share a link or a QR code and we handle the rest. If a project warrants a signature site, the Custom Webflow build sits on your own domain with bespoke layout and branding from $3,500 + GST.

Why collateral sells, not just decorates

Selling off the plan asks a lot of a buyer. They're committing real money to something that doesn't exist yet. The quality of your marketing is the proof that it will, and that the people behind it know what they're doing. Thin collateral plants doubt. Premium, on-brand collateral builds confidence, and confident buyers move faster.

We've watched it happen. DP Homes had Worcester Mews listed for nine weeks with zero enquiries. After we rendered the project and remarketed it, every unit sold in one week. As Craig Douglas at DP Homes put it, he couldn't recommend the service enough.

That's the difference good collateral makes. It doesn't just look nice on a wall. It shortens the time a project spends on the market and the holding costs that come with it.
